Throughout the past thirty-five years of teaching, coaching and mentoring I have delved into over twenty wellness modalities including Contrology, Kundalini, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Thai Bodywork, Meditation, Breathwork, Somatic Practices and sound healing. When I was diagnosed with Ehlers – Danlos Syndrome the combination of wellness methods I had in my toolbox became crucial in keeping me strong and stable.
All classes are held in the greater Richmond area or virtually nationwide.
I am Sabrina Vaz
My Philosophy
We must find a balance point for everything in our lives, work and play, mental and physical well-being, strength and flexibility, our passions and purposes. To be truly beautifully balanced it is the connection between mind, body, spirit and heart. I want to assist each person I work with to grow in a journey of awareness that will allow you to reach your goals of optimal overall well-being.
Ehlers Danlos Syndrome
Ms. Vaz has been helping patients with EDS stabilize and strengthen their bodies for over 25 years. Using the Pilates Method along with myofascial release, Cranial Sacral work & other modalities. Let’s stabilize your body – contact Traci.
Sound Healing
Sound Healing is an effective, non-invasive, complimentary therapy treatment for chronic stress and anxiety, sleep disorders and for individuals recovering from neurological conditions. Specific frequencies induce deep relaxation and physiological repair and have clinically shown to lower cortisol levels, heart rate and blood pressure.
Stroke Recovery
The afternoon sun cast a golden glow in my studio. My new client sat on the edge of my Cadillac. His left arm rested heavily on his lap. It had been six months since his stroke. After two intensive physical therapy programs he expressed to me that he felt like a car radio tuned to the wrong frequency.

Testimonials
“Before I worked with Sabrina, my neck would go out of alignment nearly every other week. Since working with her, I have greater stability, strength, endurance, and peace of mind that my neck is stable for months at a time. I never thought this would be possible! Sabrina has helped me understand my body more than any other practitioner I have ever been to. I am eternally grateful.”

“As a person with hEDS, I would be crippled with pain after waiting in a long line. But, after working with Sabrina, I was able to stand for a two-hour wait and feel fine the next day. While standing in line, I kept going back to the Pilates stance and the practices Sabrina has taught me. Learning techniques from her has made living a fuller life possible again.”

“Recently, Sabrina Vaz from Beautifully Balanced was recommended to me by my doctor to help with my balance while strengthening my core/body and it has been such a wonderful experience. At first, I was unsure if I would be able to get the one on one attention that I was looking for since we are teleconferencing but it is like she is right in the room with me. Sabrina doesn’t miss a thing and she gives me all of her undivided attention while modifying if need be. She is a patient, knowledgeable and just a breath of fresh air. She individually tailors my exercises and never received such personal attention like this. I have recommended her to several people already and am so grateful that she was referred to me.”
